Jonny isn’t just the guy behind the grill — he’s the one who built the fire. Literally.
His one-of-a-kind smoker was custom-fabricated on a trailer and runs on 100% wood, zero gas assist. Every log gets fed by hand. Every rack of ribs gets rotated just right. No buttons. No timers. Just raw fire, real smoke, and a pitmaster who knows exactly when the bark is ready and the fat is rendered.
Other places might use wood chips for flavor. Jonny uses wood as fuel. Period. That’s what sets his BBQ apart — and what brings folks back for more.

Every rub and sauce Jonny's Kitchen makes is crafted in-house — no shortcuts, no fillers, just real-deal flavor. Rubs start with organic cane sugar and bold spices, perfectly balanced for pork, chicken, or beef. Sauces come in small batches with two heat levels: smooth and sweet, or bold with a kick.
